Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100 if no payments were made.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trazzeo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
